nice concept... i like this one!
(my opinion: would look better without the neighboring flowers)

Color is always good. People like to wear cheery clothing (at least, they do when they're buying cute t-shirts!) and the color helps to draw the eye.

In my opinion the blue one is better than the green because the blue one has the thinner, black outline while the green one's outline is white and a bit too thick, so it distracts from the image.
